Million Book March Book Marker
As you know, it truly takes a village. Please review our fundraising options for your local schools, clubs, sports teams, and youth organizations. Partner with MBM to help us help your cause. Help support our mission in spreading the love of learning with reading being foundational to future success. Our bookmarkers are filled with pertinent information to support scholars to become better readers and serve as a great fundraising tool. Please look over our two options.
Option One: 50/50 fundraiser, purchase your desired number of bookmarkers, receive the product, and sell as desired with the retail price at $1.00 each, or
groups may use the Million Book March provided fundraising sheets, allow your participants to presale, once you receive your fundraising dollars, purchase the bookmarkers at the reduced price and keep the profit. To qualify for fundraising dollars in option one, groups need to purchase a minimum of 100 items (a minimum profit of $50)
Option Two: 60/40 fundraiser, a member of the MBM team will host a 'I Will Succeed, I Believe I Read' table at your event. Please call or email a specialist and we will coordinate the available times and sell bookmarkers on your behalf. Without handling any product or money, groups will earn 40% of the profit if a minimum of 100 items are sold (a minimum profit of $40).

We want to encourage the joy of reading and emphasize its pivotal role in determining the trajectory of a young person’s life by sponsors pledging as little as $1.00 for MBM Bookmarkers or $30.00 for “The Kool Kat Travels the World” children’s book. You may sponsor a school or classroom at your favorite school, church, youth organization, etc. If you have no desired location, then your sponsorship funds will help give “The Kool Kat Travels the World” children’s book and MBM bookmarkers to local DC elementary schools across all eight wards. MBM seeks to impact all Public, Charter, and Private school children in Washington, DC. Also, we will honor requests across the United States. Our goal is to give one million bookmarkers to young readers at no cost to families. Help us by joining the MBM family and fostering the joy of reading!!!!
